$500/month (total number of hours x category price / total number of visits)
$1000/month 1 visit/week
$2000/month 2 visit/week

Service Provider Levels / Services

Level 1 – $75/hour
Level 2 – $100/hour
Level 3 – $200/hour

If client agrees to more time, extra time can be added on to a month at no additional cost.
